For voluntary contributions remitted via UPI or official banking channels, we may receive transaction confirmation details (such as UTR / reference numbers, donor name, and screenshot confirmations) solely to verify transactions, issue formal acknowledgement receipts, and maintain financial books.

2.3 Website Technical & Anonymous Data

When you navigate our web portal, limited technical data may be automatically logged to maintain network security and optimize website performance:

We do not collect, process, or store sensitive payment credentials such as debit/credit card CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs. All payments are executed within your secure banking or payment application (such as BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm).
