2. Membership Rules & Application Process

Membership in Uttar Banga Kshatriya Sangh is governed strictly by the society's registered memorandum and regulations:

• The original signatories and Governing Body office bearers are the society's first members.
• The Governing Body may admit individuals who meet the age and eligibility criteria stipulated in the regulations and who agree to abide by the memorandum and bylaws.
• Submitting an online application or enquiry form expresses an interest in membership and initiates procedural review. Submission does not guarantee automatic admission, voting rights, or specific member privileges.
• Ordinary membership requires completing the prescribed application procedure, payment of prescribed membership fees (if applicable), and formal acceptance by the competent Governing Body.
• Honorary and other membership classes are subject to specific provisions outlined in the society's regulations.

3. Voluntary Contributions & Donations

Any donations or contributions remitted to Uttar Banga Kshatriya Sangh through UPI or official bank accounts are strictly voluntary gifts made to support the society's charitable, educational, and social welfare objectives.

Donors and contributors acknowledge that:

• Contributions carry no expectation of financial return, commercial benefits, dividends, or voting rights.
• Funds received are utilized exclusively for lawful society initiatives approved by the Governing Body.
• Donors are requested to share transaction proof via email or WhatsApp to facilitate proper bookkeeping and receipt issuance.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All textual content, organization logos, photographic records, document templates, and design elements published on this portal are the intellectual property of Uttar Banga Kshatriya Sangh or used with appropriate permission.

Usage guidelines:

• You may view, print, or share materials for personal, non-commercial, and educational community awareness, provided proper attribution is maintained.
